IPSC match date dilema

Damn!!

There are SOOoooo many matches on the schdule this year for Ontario!
WOW!

I just found out that the school board has approved the idea of an IPSC fund raiser match to be held at EESA.

I had told them I needed an answer by Dec 1 so I could book the match for the spring and get it approved etc.

Now I have lost 2 valuable months...........

Looking at the schedule I see a slot for Apil 16th and Sept 24th.

I am tempted to go for a 3 gun match on April 16th ( 3 gunners are a hardier species and do not mind inclement weather it it arrives. Then put on "Drama Daze" on Sept 24th.

Any thoughts?

BTW............Not being able to find an open weekend is a great problem for IPSC Ont to have!!!!

Don't forget to check the USPSA match calendar too.

I and several other shooters occasionally miss IPSC Ontario matches because of conflicts with major US matches. Also WNYPPL in Tonawanda is one match that can have 30+ Canadians attend every month.

I remember once match where the club director was wondering why only a few top shooters booked his match. I pointed out he was holding it the same time as the US Nationals.

I was looking at stageexchange to find some rifle and shotgun ready made stage ideas...

Damn it if most of them do not conform to the rules!!

To repeat earlier request, Yes, a Spring 3 gun is the greatest Idea !
and a summer one & a fall one
I think late april is best or early may the latest.
Put me ln the same squad as Quigley & Tritium. I can join Tritium to gang up on Quigley, as we're both vertically challenged.

Yes, but I'd never accuse Tritium of being "delicate".



Come on Quigley, as soon as the words left your mouth you had to know they were going to bite you.
