I think he means the posting of needing CRO's at level 3's and the "benefits" that are posted.
If you decide to work any of these matches you will receive the following.
* If you wish to compete in the match your Match Fee will be waived.
* You will receive accommodation from one night before the match. Accommodationeends on the morning of the last day of the match.
* You will be provided with all meals and refreshment while you are on the range.
* You will receive the same Match Package that any other competitor receives (if any).
* You will most likely shoot the match with other officials and staff members.
* You will receive our undying thanks for stepping up and working your butts off.

I am going to have to look at what I have left in terms of vacation time this year.
