Seems we will never get this in check, I queeried Rachel some time ago why level III matches out of province, though requiring international sanctioning, did not affct the standings in IPSC Ontario. As well If you where to compete in a level IV or V international event, this also has "0" bearing on your classification in Ontario..........hmmmmmmmmm, well i geuss thats the way it works
