IPSC Shotgun Dummy Rounds

I got some from dummyammo.ca
They were a little sloppy with the silicone on mine but I've been told they have since been a bit cleaner. I like that they are clearly marked as dummy ammo so there is little risk of ever mixing them up with live shells.
 
I read that Brownells won't ship dummy ammo/snapcaps to Canada. Is this true? I usually buy 'em locally so never really tried ordering those from Brownells.
 
Now this might sound old school - or cheaper than my aunt Betty (and she's pretty cheap)

Why don't you just load up some yourself without (very important) powder or primer?

To be safety conscious make them a different colour from what you usually shoot - different brand - or just paint 'em

I made some out of pennies in empty hulls and hot wax. I marked them with coloured tape so I wouldn't mix them up. They don't last too long though. Silicone might last longer.
