I did not see a section to put in or add a no-penalty miss (dissappearing target)

It is in target configuration (for each target). Though there are no per-target penalties...

Btw I got PractiScore working on my new PlayBook tonight. Not for the faint of heart though to get it on there and working. Works great once it's there though.
