Hi all,
I do expect the Canadian equivilent of a tickertape parade down Broadway should I visit up north anytime soon.
Come up to our Canadian Nationals, and I'll buy the beer. :dancingbanana:

and I mean REAL beer; not that water they peddle to your countrymen. :p

He keeps kicking himself in the ass. He said allowing the CZ SP01 into Production was the worst thing he has done. Well it seams he hasn't correct his mistakes. He just solved the problem by letting the other MONSTERS in.

There's a lot of stuff that shouldn't be in Production IMO, I did actually say that to Vince a long time ago when the P226 Sport II SL without barrel weight was added on, and the X-5 All-Around has been added since. Yeah, they're "Production" guns, in the same way an STI Edge is made in a factory.

However very few people use them so its never developed into a problem.

The idea was floated several years ago to have a production limit before it qualified, say 10,000 guns or something. Various problems with that, how do you find out how many guns have been made, and what about new guns that have just come out? Plus a really popular target pistol would still break the limit.

Vince Pinto is the international secretary for IPSC (International Practical Shooting Association). He is Australian by birth and a long time Hong Kong resident. He also sits on the IPSC rules committee for pistol. He runs a website, the IPSC Global Village, which is dedicated to IPSC discussions.

Nope not there. I was there every day as was Moble1, Madness, Flithy1 we never saw him. Great match though.

He was listed in the book, some family thing came up, could not go. Was looking forward to talking with him. Interested in this whole texas star thing and others issues.

Afraid of the wrath of CGN?
Don't fool yourself; Vince could care less about CGN. :onCrack:

The list is in bad taste and Ryan is unfairly on it, (the only reason I'm probably not on it is that he'd tick off other RDs) but spending more than 20 seconds discussing it gives it more credibility than it deserves.
