I wonder if some one can point me in the right direction.
I have a husky 98 in 9.3x62 and am having sum issues with iron sights. it's 3" high at 25 m with the standard, not adjustable sights.
and with a Williams peep on receiver, its 2" low at 25m, 4" at 50m. no adjustment left.
I need to install a higher front sight for the peep to work, no problem currently .375 so going to try .400-.450,
However I would still like to have the blade rear sight, some what work, as I may install compact scope at sum point.
I am looking for an adjustable, fold down type express sight, been threw Brownells, skinner and a few others.
There is one on my Ruger #1 in 300 H&H that would do just fine, but I cant find anything like it.
So a adjustable rear express or Vee type sight, must fold down (clear the field of view for the peep) and fit a 3/8 dovetail. anyone have any thoughts?
thanks.

You either need a higher front sight with the factory sights or a higher rear sight with your peep. Shim your peep up until you are hitting center at 100 mtrs with your sight set in the middle of it's adjustment. This is the easiest fix to your problem unless your peep is a side mounted one..........The next easiest is to file your factory rear sight until you have a consistent zero @ 100, or 50 or whatever your pleasure.

A higher front blade with your peep, will cause the rifle to shoot even LOWER than it does now..........you're thinking about it wrong. The rule is......raise your front sight, lower your point of impact....raise your rear sight, raise your point of impact.
