Iron sights on 10/22 with bull barrel

I am wondering about getting a 10/22 (with a target barrel) fitted with a front sight. Anyone care to recommend a good gunsmith who can do this (in a timely manner).
 
Brownells offers them from Nodak Spud LLC, They recommend using them with their rear receiver sight that they also have available... one of these days I'd like to take the plunge and get a set for a shorty bull barrel build... all in due time of course... :D
