Iron Sights / Optics for an SR22

Just picked up a real nice SR22 from a fellow Nutz and looking for some suggestions for iron sights and possibly optics.
I will get a long front rail so I can attach a front sight.
Any reasonable iron sights that one would suggest and as an alternative some sort of optics that would work with the iron sights ?
Not interested in "sniper" cool, just something for blasting away at 50 yards and such.

YHM makes quality iron sights, folding and non-folding at a good price. Most red dots from a reputable company should work for your needs, if you have a few extra dollars to spare get an AimPoint, the Comp ML3 is a very good red dot sight.
 
Dont get the fake Mbus 2 its a big waste of money... I run real magpul on my AR and decided to get the fake stuff for the 22... what a big mistake.... So im out the money of the fake sh!t i threw in the garbage plus I had to buy the real Magpul... So It was a costly mistake on my part....
