A troy in 556 as NR wouldn't be an Armalite design and def not an AR10 in 556.

Think you are misreading the thread. Seems like this offering is likely going to be the 308 Semi from Radical Arms - the discussion about Troy was with respect to other distributors coming out with .308 platforms vs. 556. Troy at least has something on the horizon in 556.
