The "COLT M4 STRIPPED FLATTOP UPPER RECEIVERS with Raised COLT Markings" are listed as new. Are they new as in never assembled or are they taken from an assembled upper? Curious since the last Colt receiver I purchased had lots of dings down to bare metal, even on the flat areas where you wouldn't expect them. Thanks.

These are new and appear to have been never assembled. I have only opened a few of them
Up and they all liked like new
