Yes it does, all short barreled shotguns are now exportable from the US to Canada.

That Stakeout II looks like it has a longer barrel then the original stake out's... I wonder if IRG can bring in the 14.5 inch barrels by themselves?

Do we send them back to Irunguns or do we go to a local dealer in Canada for warranty.

Is there anything else to add to the cost a part for the flat rate of $25.00 USD do we need an import license?
