Hey guys,

Was hoping someone could give me some knowledge about irunguns if you've ever ordered from them. Can I order from the dotcom site? What do I actually pay over say the list price. Does it get delivered to me and how long does it take? Worth it? I'd like to hear from someone that does not work for them but has actually dealt with them.

Thanks

I have bought accessories from them (mags) from both their US and canadian site in the past, not sure if this helps you?

Nobody had what I wanted in stock in canada so it was worth it IMO, if it is in canada they shipped right away, from their US site it took about a month but can be more or less time depending on when you order. For the canadian site I just paid the US price conversion and shipping to me, From the US site I paid a fee for paperwork, conversion and shipping. All their fees are posted on their website I believe.

I havent bought from them, but I did get an email from them which answers your question a bit, also they have a canadian store and a US store, the email:

"Hi Cody here is a link to what we have http://www.irunguns.com/catalog.grips-pads-stocks?&manufacturer=215&page=1 and some info for you

My friend we close all exports on accessories out on the 15th of each month and apply for the necessary permits. Please understand Optics and lasers are controled through the Dept. of Commerce and aquiring permits for these can take slightly longer as they out source there applications to 5 external agenies for approval. That said once everything is processed and shipped out the export will arrive in Canada the first week of the following month. It will take a few days to clear customs and once back at our warehouse we will re-inventory everything, package and ship it out. You will receive a final invoice for the GST, importation should it be a firearm, shipping to your place of residence, and tracking information through Canada Post. This will be followed by a payment link. If you do not receive a pymt link please check your junk/spam mail, or let us know so your order is not delayed…..Once payment is received we will ship out your order. It’s that easy…. Now please keep in mind we are importing Defense articles and there may be small delays due to Holidays and weekends.

If you need anything else please let us know…..

Best Regards,

I bought one handgun and one scope from them: no problems at all.

They tend to be a "all business quiet types" though and get the odd bad rap because they don't kiss people's a$$es like they are expected to.

If you want something and no other place has it, if Irunguns has it they can get it sent to you no problems.

I picked up a Glock 22 from them this summer. The process was as smooth as corn through a goose. Everything from purchase, and importation to shipping was easy and painless. I had a couple of questions along the way and they were prompt and friendly in their responses. I wouldn't hesitate to get something from them again.

I bought an MP15T back in August, received it in 5 weeks.
Paid US$1090.00 plus US$25.00 shipping to their office in Canada.
Then I paid 5% GST + CAD$25.00 shipping to my home.
I bought it from www.irunguns.us website
If you are in a rush, check the irunguns.ca website and see if they already have in Canada what you want for the same price.

I have ordered a couple rifles from them, and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. One was a custom unit that I ordered right around the Newtown shooting, so things took longer than expected, but the other one was quick. The fees are on their website, so there shouldn't be any surprises there. When the manufacturer was having trouble coming through with the first one, Jason let me know the situation, and said he held back the shipment a couple days hoping that he woud get the rifle in time. Top notch service as long as you don't expect constant updates and instant delivery. Both times I ordered, I payed the US price when I ordered, then once it showed up in Canada, payed the taxes and shipping.

IRUNGUNS brought my NULA Model 20 into the country for me last summer. Worry free. All the info is there on the website, or e-mail them if you have any questions. Top-shelf operation.

On 2 separate occasions I have ordered magazines from their Canadian site without any problems. I am in the process of importing a rifle from the US site and should have it in a week or two, once it has cleared customs.

I'm pretty happy with my dealings with them so far and anticipate more orders in the future.

I've dealt with them twice, good both times. Just make sure you are clear on whether or not you are ordering something from the US, or something that is already in the country. There will be a difference in shipping/ processing costs. Also remember that they buy in US dollars so the prices on the site, even for the stuff in canada is in US dollars.

in process of my first purchase from them, rifle is in Canada, they are painfully slow to ship, still waiting for it to ship, order placed Oct 26, I personally think 8 business days is LOTS of time to send out an order.
placed an order with SFRC, package was in the mail the following day.

I bought a rifle from them with no problems. It took a couple months to get but it was just after Newtown so there was a kerfuffle.

I love that word, kerfuffle, it's like discombobulated (sp.?), you just don't see it used enough in my opinion.

As for the OPs question, used them bring in something no one else had, no issues at all.

I believe another thread stated the staff were in the US to help along the paperwork on the last Import: the US shutdown in October finally 'caught up' to Irunguns getting paperwork done by the US Gov't side doing the exporting

I am ordering some ammo that I can't get anywhere else. I'll report back as the order progresses. Stupid Canadian market.
