Obviously not listed but it has the same dimensions as the 38 short colt. Does the CFC consider this a 38 colt and therefore not antique? anyone have experience on this? for that matter does anyone have experience with the 320 revolver...essentially almost identical to the 32SW?
Is 380 revolver or 320 revolver on the no list?

It is an antique handgun only if it was
designed or adapted would most likely be interpreted as can it fire the above listed cartridges.
manufactured before 1898 that can discharge centre-fire cartridges, other than a handgun designed or adapted to discharge 32 Short Colt, 32 Long Colt, 32 Smith and Wesson, 32 Smith and Wesson Long, 32-20 Winchester, 38 Smith and Wesson; 38 Short Colt, 38 Long Colt, 38-40 Winchester, 44-40 Winchester, or 45 Colt cartridges

I am not entirely sure that simply designed or adapted means that the gun will safely chamber and fire the cartridge. For example within the antique category there are guage caliber double rifles. In other words guns designed to fire rifle shells in shotgun guages. These guns could be considered to be designed to fire shotgun shells and therefore not antiques but they also are rifled and primarily or exclusively designed to fire slugs even though you can fire shot out of them. Sort of an ambiguous situation.
