Is 5.6x52R Brass the same as .22 Savage Hp

I was just wonderin if a 5.6x52R brass the same as the .22 Savage high power. They are the same dimentions and they look pretty well identical. Let me know If they are the same. kyler.

Yes they are the same. Norma actually still makes the 22H.P. or in Europe it is classified as 5.6x52R round. You can use the 5.6x52R Brass and reload according to the specifications you require for your stamped 22H.P.

Yep. Metric designation. Epp's lists .22 Savage HP brass. Doesn't say what make or how much. Likely Norma and that means pricey. I have data if you need it.
