Is a M305 tac driver buildable?

the most accurate m14 type rifle i've built is bedded to a boyd's type 2 laminate..... and is a "tack-driver" with standard off the shelf .308 ammo. routinely cloverleafing at 100 yards.
I've also built an increasing number of 1MOA or less m14 type rifles.
average cost being well over 2000.00 and closer to exceeding 3000.00 and most of them are bedded to walnut stocks. 3 or 4 of the proven 1MOA and under rifles I've built are in sage stocks.

long and short....... consistant accuracy under 1MOA out of one of these rifles is going to cost you some hefty change, unless you get lucky like a few folks have and your chinese rifle just comes that way after a few minor tweaks/quality control corrections hehehe
