I spent about 10 minutes checking one out at the local gun store. The price is spot on but the trigger was the biggest issue, it's extremely stiff. The gun is well built, but I recall the bluing looked weak, as though it could have spent longer in the tank. It felt heavy but I don't know if it was heavier than other guns.
I have an 870 express and it functions flawlessly and is a better shotgun (with my limited experience only shooting one and holding the other), but it's a rust magnet. I completely soak it in oil and it still rusts, I have never seen a piece of metal rust so hard. The norincos are more resilient than these 870e's. I'm considering another shotgun myself, so I may go with Marine Magnum and just sell my 870 receiver and keep the tubes. I'll probably get an HP-9
