Is a "Sureshot" same as a Cooey 64 ?

I also posted this in rimfire parts wanted.
I need parts for my Cooey 64.
I need pretty well all except the stock.
My barrel I could salvage too I guess.
Stripped nuts and bolts is my issue, stock will no longer screw to the action
A fellow says he has one that may be the same as a 64, but only markings on it says "Sureshot"
Anyone know if it is the same ? It does look similar.

Same gun , most of the parts should fit. I Beleve "sureshot" is Sears branding of the Cooey.
