Is fit the single determinating factor for shotguns?

Hi
Im looking to buy a really good shotgun. I am stuck between sbe2,3, m2 and a400.

I shouldered all of them and it fit me the best in the order above. A400 felt a bit heavy to hold up. Perhaps off balance for me and I perceive it as heavy?

But as I read more and more about these guns, I am scared to deal with the high and left shooting of benellis and recoil. So I am currently leaning towards a400.

My question is, is the lack of a good fit negligible if I am getting less recoil and better POI?

All of those guns are very good and I would pick based off of fit. It also prevents the stock from beating up your face when you’re running those heavier hunting loads.

To be honest, Point of Impact (POI) is a non-factor. I have switched between trap (70/30) and sporting (50/50) POI guns when shooting clay's and it is barely noticeable. You’ll get used to the adjustment after just a few shots.

It is also important to get a gun you like too and you really can not make a wrong choice between those three.
