I passed an order for a OD Green glock last week as my first pistol. I didn't really noticed at first, but now every pictures and video I see of these ''OD green'' glocks don't look to be even remotely close to all the other OD greens I've seen in my life. It looks more like a darker fde.

Can any one who've seen one in real life tell me if they really are od green? I bought this to match with my Od green X95, I hope I won't be disappointed.

As a side question, is the new color Battlefield green more like other brand's od green??

Glocks OD green has always had a slightly more tan tint to it, but when you compare them side by side with their FDE glocks you can see it clearly.
Who knows if it'll match your x95 though, likely not because no two colors from different manufacturers are ever the same. I'll guarantee you won't notice the color difference while you're shooting them though.

The battlefield green is a much more vibrant green vs the full OD green. Its definitely not an olive drab by any means. It's almost like the greens in multicam tropic.

I haven't seen the gen 4 OD green in person but wondered the same thing. Battlefield green is nice tho! But very had to find them (Only heard of Glock 19s actually making into Canada)

Like most colours now a days there's hundred of variations different companies have their own pigment formulas ,Glocks happens to have a touch of beige. Unfortunately I understand some people must have their outfit match but rest assured the fashion police have no grounds to charge.
