is it 22 inch lbs on the bolt on an ARMS18?

I think that is right, but is has been years since I last scoped a 14. Anyone have the instructions?
back the front out,
22inch lbs on the left bolt,
tighten the bolt through the stripper clip,
tighten the front, and set screw
shoot?

Is this mount like a Smith mount where it bolts to the left side of the receiver? Smith's instructions says to tighten the bolt on (the left to) the receiver (cam bolt) 55-65 inch lbs, and not to exceed 75 inch pounds.

That's odd... I just bolted it on nice and fairly tight.
