My body was offered a Tikka T3 in 300 Win Mag. It's coming with Bushnell elite 6500 2,5-16X42mm mounted with Leupold bases

ps.: I dont know for sure wich model the Tikka is and the details of the scope (mildot, duplex, ...)
I dont know for sure if it make a difference for the price anyway

Depends on which tikka. If it is just a lite then the price is high. If it is a tactical then it is a smoking deal. Could be a varmint or super varmint too.

Not a f*ckin' CHANCE that's a "deal." That's highway robbery... if it's used, that is.

New T3 - $899 MAXIMUM.
New Bushnell - $800 MAXIMUM.

If it's not brand friggin' new, then it's a ripoff.

In that case, it's not much of a deal even if it IS brand new.

It's about the same rate (or even a little more) than he'd pay to go and get the same gun, out of the box at the local shop-n-shoot, and have everything mounted to exactly his specifications. Plus, He could get away with a Bushnell Elite 3200 and save himself about half the scope cost IMO.
