You won't have any issues.
I would maybe just mark the bottom of the case with a sharpie so that you will see it seperatly among your other reloads. If I ever have a load that is suspect I will mark it as to be ready to expect something out of the ordinary, or just pull it and be done with it.
The magnum primers are a little more energetic and it's possible that you'll feel the difference with that light a load. But it won't blow up or anything like that. It'll just be a hair stronger a light load compared to the others.
And in fact it would be interesting to hear about the results. I'm curious to see if you can even feel the difference.
