Is it wise to sell NR cz-858?

The only way I would let go of a CZ 858 is if you need the money. No more coming, Ever....Done....... I believe there is less the 1000 in the country?

Plus its a CZ, all their line up is absolutely awesome and fantastic quality.

lol. 1000 in the country? more like 10000. but yes dont sell, if you dont need to.

Don't sell.

My plan for my NR 858:

Spend years shooting the rifling out of it. Get buried with a smoothbore 858.

For Sale- 2007 Vz858 full NEA furniture 10 mags $1999

:runaway:

When JT makes it known he'll want to ban the lineage outright (been on the RCMP hit-list for a few years now), they'll be sold for $300 on the EE by some...

Anyone remember when Wolverine blew out those CSA shorties in .223 for $399 (AS IS, no refunds or exchanges) as they were complete garbage? I'm sure those who bought and sent them back to Movie Arms three times to be fixed, probably made a profit if they sold them on the EE after being refurbished.

First take it out to the range and remember how much fun it is, then rethink it! If you bought it from the beginning with the thought of turning it over for a profit have at it, but I would tell you to hang on to a controversial piece of Canadian gun history! They never will again be back in our boarders the same. You may well regret the sale later on.

Me too:(

Although I had the restricted VZ-58. Ran like a top. Bought used for $500, ran it for 2000 rounds and sold it for the same.
Not sure if it was one of the ones that went prohib., as I sold it well prior to that nonsense.

I'd like another, but the current pricing and the fact they are squarely in the RCMP's crosshairs are the reasons why I refuse to get another.

I had a vz58 and honestly I like the SKS more and couldn't justify owning something 5x more expensive for the same shooting kicks.

Lol! Thanks, I needed that. That's funny stuff.

I've owned a bunch of them over the years, and honestly regretted selling so much that I bought back replacements for most of them. Still need another 15" CZH2003. Every Canadian should have at least one Vz58-platform rifle in the safe.

I bought a bunch of SKS rifles and got rid of them. Kept the VZ58, lighter, sportier, detachable magazines, better sights, pistol grip, etc.

My CZ858 (19" bbl, different pistol grip and cool-looking muzzle brake) goes with me to my grave.

It pisses off the Lieberals and the anti's - more than enough reason to keep it!!!!! Laugh2 Laugh2 Laugh2
