Hey everyone .
Was just wondering if its really worth the time and money in reloading your own ammo. ...
12 gauge to be more specific .. For skeet shooting... Everywhere I look its saying not worth it but then I wonder why people would be .. You can buy federal at canadian tire for 29.99 plus tax for 100 rounds. So about .34cents each...
Any info would be great if it saves money or not.. Or is it just to say you do it?
Thanks in advance...

Sebaz

for generic target loads, no factory is the same cost or cheaper.

if you load for buckshot, slugs or custom weights then it is worth it. OR if you have access to cheap lead AND a shot maker then it's cheaper to load your own not including time.

Only worth it if you want to tailor your loads for specific patterns or performance. Multiple disks to separate shot in the cup, for instance, will alter the pattern...

It all depends on whether you think ammo will be readily available in the future. Look at the ammo shortages occurring in the U.S.
