At the end of the day, the goal is to kill the animal as quickly as possible and that generally requires that the element of surprise exists. So whether you shoot an elephant in the face from 10 yards while he is feeding unaware of your presence, or a deer at 700 as he stands in a field, the actual distance doesn't matter. The distance has no influence on whether a scenario is ethical and fair chase. It's whether you have the skill to place a lethal shot when the chips are down.

Buckmastr knows your limitations as well. Just ask him.

There isn’t a more humble or noble hunter upon the land than him. Reread this thread if you don’t believe me.

When you and your moderator protector buddy are done trying to run me down, please remember to vote in the poll.

Everyone has had a chance to vote, enough virtue has been signaled, and snarky posts are appearing. Time to shut it down?

Why shut it down? Because pathfinder and crazy davey are on attack? Please let it carry on. I have only heard 1 deer being killed at 1 mile this week. Probably more stories out there.

Always trying to play the victim. Please, give it a rest.

You started this nonsense.

P.S. I had nothing to do with closing this.
