I just pulled my AR out of the safe and noticed that the stock was rotated slightly off-center. (I have no idea how this happened. It's always been handled with care).
So I took the castle nut off and noticed the end plate had worn the threads on the outside of the indexing channel. Thus it allows the tube to rotate. Do I need to replace the buffer tube? Or can I just torque the Castle Nut a bit harder to overcome the rotation?
