Is my rifle overpriced?

For people who live in the city and suburb, or where there is range facility within driving distance, restricted or non-restricted makes no difference since most likely they have to go to a gun club anyways. It is the reality.

For people who live in the country side or the middle of nowhere, it makes more sense to buy non-restricted as firearms discharge is not as problematic in more populated area.

However, many people who like to shoot black rifles - they probably find a range setup and facilities more adequate for the type of shooting they do. I am not sure I want to drive 10 target stands and walls, etc, to a farmer field - and start fire and movement and risk my foot stuck in a gopher hole or got tripped by a tree root.
