is One Shot Tactical open for business?

Whining in this forum worked. I got an answer back via pm -- turns out one item held up the order.
Farmboy said that they emailed me but I didn't receive anything. I can be patient for another week now that I know what is going on.

Their mail server is still offline today so clearly OST is having technical problems. If anyone else wants to reach them I suggest using CGN or telephone as email is not working.
 
I sent them (Farmboy) a PM via CGN a couple weeks ago. I was rather specific with what I was looking for and asked for some insight regarding the different manufacturers as I know they don't list most of what they can get on their website. Would have spent $500+ on a battle belt and pouches.

Didn't hear a peep from them...not even a "Hey dude, we are super swamped and a little short staffed, but will try and help you out asap."

Well, I just dropped $545 on everything I need. Found a belt locally, some HSGI pouches on eBay, and some more through a vender. I'd love to support a veteran owned and run business (I'm currently serving in Edmonton), but not if I can't be given the time of day...

(btw - I've had good experiences shopping there in person, but I swear...the internet can be the life or death of a business)
 
Yup, I've dropped the ball on a few PM's. I realize that is a weak spot for me and something I need to work on.
