Is PPS 50 & Ruko 50S the same ?

I have a neighbour who wants to sell a Ruko 50S made in the Philippines new in the box papers and all .
Anyone now what they are going for ?
Is this similar to the pps 50 , would the drum mag work in it ?
he said he got it about 40 years ago .
Any help would be appreciated .

No. The PPS-50 was made by Pietta in Italy. The other was made by Squires Bingham in the Philippines; basically a S-B Model 20 with different cosmetics.

Thanks for the reply , my neighbour is asking $ 250 for it .
I will look more into the Model 20 and see what i find .

I am looking for magazines for my squires bingham m50s. Anyone have a lead, or know what may be compatible, even with a few modifications? also curious about value of these guns...thanks
