Is Remington UMC 223rem reloadable?

I am trying to reload some brass from Remington UMC223. when i trim the brass, i found all the brass has a cut mark on the neck, I wonder is this brass reloadable?

I believe that is a crimp mark, I've seen it and reloaded it with no issue. But just to be clear, it is a mark and not a cut right?

ya its a mark. the UMC ammo has this mark as well. I am just not sure if it is secure to reload. thank for the info

I think I may have reloaded some... No issues, as long as there is no crimped primer (I don't think there is).

The crimp mark on the neck is no issue.

It's fine, reload away.

Trim to min length first - then chamfer the case mouth. Most of the crimp will be shaved off.

The Lee zip trim system works ok (for the price).

I have a pile of Winchester 1F Brass with a similar crimp mark. It hasn't caused me any problems.

The cases I reloaded recently did have a crimped primer. Straightforward to remove.

That looks like a fairly common factory crimp mark. Proceed as usual.

It's fine to reload. Other brands have similar crimp marks.
