Is silicone oil safe for all?

Good for o rings, don't dump too much into a springer even if it is called spring cylinder oil, or you can get rather impressive deasling.
Hydraulic oil , or crosman pelgun oil is probably better for co2.
Silicone oil, or grease for pcp o rings.
Balastol for barrel cleaning.
At least that is what I do.

Lol... the first time I used it I thought it was compression safe and wouldn't diesel. I was way wrong, first shoot sounded like a 22lr or bigger, there was a significant muzzle flash and a hole clean through my pellet trap.
