Nope. Windage only. Well, mine is only windage adjustable.

Thanks. I found a manual online and the front sight has inserts to adjust elevation.

Have you found a location for the the inserts? I've heard they are available as well, but have not tried them or spoke to anyone who has. I ended up using a 4 power scope because i had one brand new in the box.

I assumed they came with the gun.
