Is the German Sport Guns GSG-5 available in Canada?

I know the company had some trademark issues about the design since it looks like the Hk .. any one know if it's still produced?

Although it has no similarity in function to the HK MP5, it has been wrongly classified as a variant of said rifle. Since the HK MP5 is prohibited in Canada, any variant would be classified as prohibited under our laws.

I wonder if BlueLine is still fighting to get the GSG-5 reclassified, if they are and are successful, it might just open the doors for other GSG "products" to make it into this country.
