Is the PGW rifle in service yet?

My son just finished basic and is in Bordon Ont. He told me they were shown one in the package.

Optic change, ha, what a joke! I know that the USMC Snipers are the legends, but you know what, I think we have made our place in that world very well known, and given further opportunity, we could equal it or even surpass it, but this optic change to the S&B from the USO is stupid. Both are great scopes, both are top of the line, but just because the USMC went with the S&B we have to aswell! I know, I know, we did the same thing with the Unertl, and it was a great choice and served well, as it still could for a long time to come, but you know what, it is now time to stand out, and take the lead at something, not continue to follow in the foot setps of the USMC. Why don't we cancel the Timberwold order and have the USMC Weapons branch just build us M40A3's!
