Is the Taurus Judge model 4510 legal in Canada?

It'll probably be a little while before we get these up here in any quantity, as they are flying off the shelves down south. So long as they're making $$$ there, Taurus really doesn't care about our market, given the relative sizes of the two. Once the US gets their fill, then they'll start showing up here. Honestly, Taurus really doesn't seem to be a very present company in Canada, anyways. They're here, but not mearly as much as other companies. Just for shoots and giggles, I just checked the sponsors sites. Only P&D Enterprises and Reliable Gun, list new Taurus pistols and Armco has a couple used revolvers. So, obviously Taurus isn't losing any sleep trying to market their products here, why start now?

If I were their VP of sales I would pistol whip the sales staff for being such douche bags. Then fire them.

Freedom Ventures will be the new Taurus dealer. That being said I am certain They will also look after their customers. They always have. I am just waiting on them to bring in the Line of Revolvers. Raging bull is on my list. I think there will be a good demand for the Judge. Certainly when people learn that Gunsmiths are cutting the barrels down to a the Canadian legal length, making the Judge look that much more appealing

I liked the look of the Judge from the time I read the review in the Jan/2009 NRA mag.

I know an couple of my ex-Nam mates (TEX and FL) have purchased them for their wives for CCW.

One has the early 2 1/2" model and the other the new 3" model. The word is that the 3" is best...........has that extra punch from the 3" 410.....

They both load up with three 410 followed by two 45LC. Neither wife is a crack shot, but at close range, I quess the results are very impressive. Any Car-Jacker" beware here.....:runaway:
