Today's triggers from "target" 10/22's are hit or miss.
A better thing would be to get a regular trigger group and install
a kit from a company you trust,
or have it modded by someone who really knows what he is doing.

Yes .. But there are two models, and then you have to factor in what you call better .. The Ruger target with the barrel band has no upgraded trigger , the target with the bull barrel has a " factory " upgraded trigger .. Last one I saw on eBay went for $35.00 used

So you have to be sure what model you are buying ... And then visit the Ruger web page to check out specks ...
