Is the Walther PPQ available in Canada?

If the Walther PPQ becomes available here, are you interested?

The P99's have always been the same way on barrel length: 4 inch in 9mm, 4.2 inch in .40 S&W. All the 9mm P99's that have come to Canada (for purchase by individuals) have been "special run" for Canada. I am assuming Walther/S&W will do the same for these.

What is the deal with pistol anyway? Is it basically a P99 with a more "GLOCK" type trigger?

When I had a P99 "Anti-stress" (AS) in 9mm, I found the trigger a bit hard to get used to. Something simpler might not be a bad idea. All one trigger pull seems to be a huge thing in marketing handguns these days, especially if a company wants to have success competing in the U.S. market against GLOCK.

I love going to basspro.com and seeing
499 sr9s USA , canada 529 ...!!!! great rock on
529 m&ps USA , Canada 600 !!!! great , :)
550 600 Walthers , Canada 1250 ... SERIOUSLY ... HOW CAN YA JUSTIFY IT ..?

Like North Sylva said before, they don't monitor this. If someone really wants to know, call them. They are an S&W importer.

The PPQ Navy edition will be available sometime early in the new year. We are expecting the MSRP to be in the $ 899 range.

Thanks,

And they blame us for buying American?? LOL The power is on the customer and it is up to customer to do something about it.

Sorry, I'm out.
Looks like a Hi-Point in disguise.
And not a very good disguise!:D

I can see it now that you mention it, but its understandable. The C9

was a cheap copy of the P99 styling and the PPQ

is the next incarnation and betterment of the same. All three of which had a fair amount of inspiration from Glocks...

There's a long road in quality however between a Hi-Point and a Walther though;)... and style for that matter. In my opinion anyway.
