Is there a 7.62 x 39 bolt action?

Ruger and cz both have a model..can't quite remember the models though.
And im sure there are others.
Had the chance to fire the ruger.. nice lil scout package!

norinco makes one aswell, JW103 I think.
Canada ammo has the CZ one in stock last I recall.

Ruger has one, the CZ 527 carbine, savage has a model, Norinco JW 103. There's a single shot Baikal too.

Only if you find a used one.

The Ruger uses a Standard short action, which is longer than necessary for 7.62x39. So does the Savage. The Czech and the Serb used actions scaled to the cartridge. The JW103 is what it is. Shoot OK, leave something to be desired from an esthetic standpoint.

The CZ 527 Carbine is great its built on a micro Mauser action. Really small bolt its bolt is the size of CZ 452 bolt.

I held a 527 and it was an absolute dream to carry, so compact and handy, haven't bought one yet though.

527 just went up on the EE with an extra mag which is not easy to find.

Not cheap but seems to be a fair deal.

I would be all over it if I had the cash right now.

I have a Jw-103. Before I acquired it, I explored using a chamber adapter in a different rifle.

Good round for cheap shooting. Great for youth n' new shooters, with very little recoil.
