there's websites dedicated to the PAL and RPAL pre-testings so I'm wondering if there's a CORE pre-test/practice exam out there I can try out before I do the real deal today?

I'm not too nervous about tests...they're inevitable, so not worth getting worked up over, but I'd like to be better prepared if possible. :)

heh, I finally made an account and tried out both exams. I didn't make the 75% on the PAL, got 69%...but the RPAL, of which I've never read the manual on before, I passed with 83%...or at least the test exams. LOL!

If you passed the CORE firearms practical, you'll be fine on the CFSC, unless you truly have no clue. The test is multiple choice and true/false, just like the practice and is not hard to pass. Study a little more, then you'll be fine.

Not sure who your instructor is, but many CORE instructors are also CFSC/CRFSC instructors. Many of them do like our primary local instructor, who offers the CFSC exam as a challenge, as part of his CORE course. It saves him having to re teach the same info to you, and you pay less money to get your paperwork.
