Is there a list out there of price per round per caliber in Canada?

I wish,

If you find an American list can probably just add 50% to the price and get an average here. We pay more for everything,

The Yanks don't have it much better than us. When I was in AZ, their regular 9mm, .223 prices were comparable to ours on sale and some places were actually more expensive than Canada when you factor in the exchange.

OP, there are many calibers and types/weights of bullets. Are you looking for specifics or throwing it out there?

Doesn't need to be to specific, I'm really just looking for ballparks, I realize this may be why I haven't been able to find one ha!

No need.

( Price per box ) x ( 1.12 ) = cost

( Cost ) / (number of rounds ) = price per round.

Most if not all cell phones have calculators built in.

You would be closer to your goal if you asked for people's comfort price is per box/round that you have guns for. Lead, like silver, can vary and people try to look for sales and but at their comfort price. IE: $1 a round for 30-06 would be nice, but it is often a bit more even for the cheaper brands.

Surplus ammo tends to be cheaper than commercial, and bulk ammo tends to be cheaper than 20rd/50rd boxes.

I've also noticed that surplus 762x39 seems to be almost 50% cheaper than surplus 556, I guess it is because there is more 762x39 on the surplus market.

Man. You would need some sort of stock market ticker for that sort of thing.

It really comes down to picking one load and googling the heck out of it. And memorizing prices whenever you go into a different gun shop. That's about it.
