The question is simple, I would like to own a restricted .22lr rifle. The reason is because the range I go to, charge 20$ per rifle per day and if you are a member you do not pay for the restricted firearms. So it would be much cheaper firing a restricted than non restricted.

Does such a thing exist here in canada? I believe not, but maybe I'm missing something.

Thank you

I don't believe the M&P 22 is a rifle, in fact I'm a 100% sure.

Any AR-15 with a .22 upper....you can have a .223 centrefire upper for once in a while, with a .22 upper for cheap plinking.

What kind of a dumb-a$$ range is that!?!?!

The HK 416 looks sick!

Yep...restricted...but FANTASTIC...funny thing...the HK mags for it are restricted to 10 rounds only (Umarex)...but the Colt mags (which fit...also Umarex and look identical...though they're not based on part numbers) can be had up to 30 rounds...go figure.

A Ruger 10/22 under the non-restricted OAL :p Short barrel and folding stock should do the trick.

But yeah, the HK416 is one sweet piece!

If you really wanna get technical buy a ruger charger and put a longer barrel and a stock or kit on it and its a restricted 10/22 haha
