Is there a Sam 1911 in 10mm? . . . yeah

Well thats good i thought 10mm was longer oal.
And wouldnt fit in a standard 45acp frame.

Sounds like a very interesting project and I commend you on building it. However, for my money, I would buy the best 10mm designed auto and put a Lone Wolf lead friendly barrel in it, probably for the same money. The always reliable, the best 10mm on the market: the Glock 20.

Getting the SAM for $200 off helps keep costs down. I agree the Glock 20 is a better use of the dollars. I enjoyed the project though.
