Is there going to be a 50 beowulf pistol mag?

Why doesn't everyone just join the NFA and donate extra cash along with signing the petition which I believe had to be in yesterday for them to fight our stupid 5 round capacity law.
Instead of always looking for ways to get around our ridiculous laws we would be far better off to just fight legally to get rid of the laws in the first place. That means that all of you that paid $100-$150 for a Beowulf mag (which is just a $25 GI mag with a stamp on it) just so you can run 14-16 rounds and still risk running into an ignorant officer who decides to let the court figure out if you were breaking the law or not should have just stuck with your LAR mags and donated all that extra cash to the NFA and maybe we would be celebrating a return of some of our freedoms. Instead some retailers got rich and we are no closer to being able to legally drill out the stupid rivets in our mags.

I pray for a victory on the battle they have undertaken but I doubt we will see any change.

I paid $42 for my beo mags and have seen about 15 threads talking about how the nfa money is going to
Internal court battles. Doesn't instill much confidence.

No doubt he NFA has let us all down in regards to allocation of funds. Until they sort out their cancer, they won't be getting another nickel from me.

My 180b runs perfectly fine with 15rds of .223 crammed into a .50 Beowulf mag...just sayin.

Oh I meant that Constantly reloading after five rounds suck compared to a beowulf mag. I wonder how many people have already signed the petitions? Been getting all my friends and others to sign both.

Same here, very likely they wont see another dime from me unless they can prove their complete transparency, honesty and their usefulness.

Pretty sure that recently got shut down and mandatory minimums are considered to be cruel and unusual punishment. Correct me if im wrong though.

Some mandatory minimums were found to be unconstitutional. They were not ruled cruel and unusual, just theoretically disproportionate.

looks like i learned something new about the 180b...and now i really do want one.

Good luck finding one, not many people are crazy enough to let theirs go... There was one for $1700 on the EE a short while ago, maybe it's still there.

Best money you'll spend for a nr black rifle man, While back was thinking a 223 vz or a rob arms until i found my 180b. Man wish someone could make a metal lower .

You could always use this one until you find the one you're dreaming about.... ;)

We can each save $15 if we order them together, and just in case you weren't aware I'm having my favourite importer bring these in for me now...

Oh? I thought nodak didn't ship to canada for some reason?

Canadian charges don't stack like the states. What ever the worst crime committed is that's the max years in prison. So for murder it's 25 years that's all they would get. Doesn't matter what other crimes they commit.

Wrong.

Art. 235 & 745 criminal code, murder is imprisonment for life. Eligibility for parole after 25 years. Technically still ''in prison'' even if released after 25 years. They are not free to do what they want when out, they are followed.

That non-eligibility for parole can now be stacked (concurrent) for multiple murders since Dec. 2 2011 (art. 745.21)

That is why Justin Bourque (the crazy guy in Moncton) has been sentenced to life without parole before 75 years. (3 counts of first degree murder (murdering police officers are automatic first degree art. 231(4) a)) )

Sorry for being boring.

LuckyOnes: would it be possible to build an AR180B using that lower receiver and armalite/AR spare parts? I can PM if that would be preferred as it is kind of an off topic question (have never owned a black rifle/AR flavour so I'm not to sure if it would be possible)

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the polymer lower as long as you aren't stupid and abuse your rifle. As long as you don't release the upper and let it swing down and slam into the lower and as long as you don't use your rifle as a pry bar it's not going to break.
In case you hadn't noticed there are many modern high end rifles using polymer in their construction. It's an advantage not a downfall of the design.
