a decent folding shotgun stock, that still allows you to shoot the shotgun while it is folded? Preferably, it would fold to the left side, so as not to impede the ejection port.

Thinking about a Canuck Defender project....I can have an adapter plate made if the stock isn't for this particular shotgun.
 
Decades ago, I had an 18.5" barrelled Winchester 1200 Defender. It came with a pistol grip. I bought an aftermarket top folder stock to put on it. It looked cool, and I could fire it folded. However, it had a hell of a kick. I endedup selling it after a while. I have not seen the top folder stock availabel for many, many years.
 
Might work with a ButlerCreek folding stock, 99% sure. I have one on my 870, I like it. I put a Limbsaver on it.
I'll check the safe later and let you know.
 
Doesn’t matador arms make a stock adapter for an ar buffer tube, would allow an M4 style stock to fold. Likely it would fold on the right side, I haven’t seen any folding shotgun stocks yet that would make me want one. I would rather a fixed stock or a collapsible one with a buffer tube.
