I've only had it out a couple times, but last time I was knocking down a 5" tall piece of 2x4 @ 190 yards with every shot. So... I guess 4" at 200 or so.
Keep in mind; if you're looking for accuracy, you're shopping for a bolt action.
If you're looking for reasonable accuracy, keep shopping for a semi.
 
problem with the mini(i have owned one) are that mags are a bit harder to find and expensive(compared to AR mags or CZ mags), ruger would change the world if they would make a AR mag compatible mini 14...i know, bold statement...
 
The Czech Small Arms VZ58 sells for $999 and there is supposed to be an AR magazine adapter forthcoming shortly.
