is there Wild Boar in manitoba?

i would like to go wild bore hunting seeing you can hunt them any time of the year. and There is no bag limit, possession limit or tagging requirements for wild boar in manitoba .

but? have you seen them. if so plz let me know where i never seen one before. and i do LOTs of hunting.

They are rare. Lots of old stories of where there were some at one time and rumors, but I've heard of no one finding any these days. Hope you have some luck.

ok. then what other then rabbits can you hunt all year? (that you can eat..) i was out friday all day and did not even see a dam rabbit!!! but i seen 6 deers.

(i hunt for food.. and i am close to being out of deer meat.)

An area around East Selkirk & Patricia Beach, used to be THE place, but well organized hunts about 2-3 years ago removed most of the wild boar in that area.
