It's a AC 1942, manufactured at Carl Walther, Zella-Mehlis, Thuringia.

She's seen quite a bit of rust in her time, how's the bore?
 
I agree with "blista77" about the probable value, but there's so much superficial damage that you may have trouble selling it. Unless the internals have been rusted badly, it probably works OK, but the appearance is a problem.
 
thanks, that is about what thought. The pics do make the pistol look worse than it really is. but the pitting is there for sure.
