Is this a Marlin magazine?

Hey guys~if memory serves, I got this magazine with a Marlin rifle some time ago...but have since sold the rifle, and don't currently have anything it works with. It's clearly .22/17M2-sized. I'm guessing someone out there might know what it is...so this is one of those "what the heck do I have" questions/threads. Have a look, have a guess... My Google mo-jo isn't at it's best tonight!

Sure looks like it. I bet it would likely fit in the Marlin papoose or the Marlin 795.
