is this ammo safe to shoot and what's it worth

i got this old ammo it's a ful box of .41 long colt is there anyways to know when it was manufactured or how old it is and would it be safe to shoot .if not what would this be worth to a collector and if you know someone that would trade it for some newer manufactured and shootable stuff .it's for a colt new navy D.A 1895 .

Its for sure collecter ammunition, It looks indecent shape, orginal box, and its full! as for price Iam not sure. If had to guess I would say over 100$

If you clean it off or shine the cases you cut into the collector value.

If you intend to shoot it, it doesn't need to be removed.

If you shoot it off, bear in mind that this is probably corosive, so clean with hot soapy water after you shoot, then dry and oil.

Shoot it, sell the brass and the box separate.

Don't shoot it off, its worth more to a collector. Ammo that old will most likely be corrosive, may or may not fire properly, and will probably have piss poor performance so its not worth blowing over $100 in value for Something you can buy a new box of ammo for less, and that will perform better. Leave it as is and keep it or sell it to a collector.

it should be fine to shoot. but if you where to sell it asis i bet you can get 120-175 for the box.

If you shoot this ammo it will definitely be hazardous to your health. Allot of CGN regulars will be looking for you! Personally I thing that the only people in Canada that are legally allowed to dispose of this ammunition at a highly discounted rate mind you ,Would be me and 41 Colt.Don't even think of shooting this unless you are suffering from a highly itchy trigger finger and you have a super nice 41 colt that you need to exercise.
